Question 1

What does legitimate promotion look like?

Accepted Answer

It means focused, permission-aware audience targeting and relevant outreach to real listeners. We do not use bots or fake streams, and we do not guarantee results.

Question 2

Do you guarantee playlist placement?

Accepted Answer

No. We can identify relevant curators and make fit-first outreach, but editorial decisions are independent and paid placement is not promised.

Question 3

How does paid advertising fit in?

Accepted Answer

Clearly identified, targeted campaigns can test creative and reach likely listeners. Advertising stays distinct from editorial outcomes, and we report spend and response honestly.

Question 4

How long does a campaign take?

Accepted Answer

Start with enough runway around the release for creative, outreach, testing, and learning. Momentum depends on the release, audience, assets, and response—not an overnight spike.

Question 5

What will reporting include?

Accepted Answer

Reports cover agreed activity and meaningful signals such as reach, clicks, saves, streams, playlist adds, spend where applicable, and learnings—without presenting estimates or vanity metrics as guarantees.
